Spinraza\u00ae ist auf Dauer nicht wirklich ein sonderlich gro\u00dfes Vergn\u00fcgen. Dies zu verbessern w\u00e4re unzweifelhaft keine schlechte Idee. Das <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ommaya-Reservoir\">Ommaya Reservoir<\/a>, was wohl aber warscheinlich sehr selten zum Einsatz kommt, ist vermutlich die bisher einzige Alternative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit dem <a href=\"https:\/\/alcyonetx.com\/science-technology\/thecaflex-drx-system\/\">ThecaFlex DRx<\/a>\u2122 System, einer Technologie innerhalb der Falcon\u2122 Delivery Platform, des US amerikanischen Biotechnologieunternehmens <a href=\"https:\/\/alcyonetx.com\/\">Alcyone Therapeutics<\/a>, steht hier m\u00f6glicherweise eine weitere interessante neue M\u00f6glichkeit als Alternative zur intrathekalen Injektion zur Ver\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Einmal implementiert w\u00e4ren die unangenehmen intrathekalen Injektion nicht mehr n\u00f6tig. Aber nat\u00fcrlich muss dieses neuere System gr\u00fcndlichst getestet und sicher sein.
