September 2024<\/strong><\/a> plant Biogen aufgrund der guten Ergebnisse die Zulassung zu beantragen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sma.selfempowered.net\/smafaqs\/category\/evrysdi\/\">Evrysdi<\/a> <\/strong>aka Risdiplam.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/sma.selfempowered.net\/smafaqs\/category\/zolgensma\/\"><strong>Zolgensma<\/strong><\/a> f\u00fcr Neugeborene.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vermutlich als n\u00e4chstes ist <a href=\"https:\/\/sma.selfempowered.net\/smafaqs\/was-ist-apitegromab\/\"><strong>Apitegromab<\/strong><\/a>(&#8220;die m\u00f6glicherweise monatliche Infusion&#8221;) zu erwarten.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hierzu gab es im Oktober diesen Jahres <a href=\"https:\/\/sma.selfempowered.net\/smanews\/sapphire-studie-erreicht-primaeren-endpunkt-zulassung-geplant\/\"><strong>die letzte Meldung<\/strong><\/a> die besagt, dass die SAPPHIRE Studie den prim\u00e4ren Endpunkt erreicht hat, und geplant ist, im 1. Quartal 2025 die Zulassung einzureichen. Die EMA hat hierzu den <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ema.europa.eu\/en\/human-regulatory-overview\/research-development\/prime-priority-medicines\"><strong>PRIME-Verlauf<\/strong><\/a> zugesichert um die Zulassungsprozedur z\u00fcgiger als \u00fcblich abzuarbeiten.
